The last few ANZAC’s has been pretty quiet, so being in the jam packed little city town was a first. Finding a car park you can imagine, was a disaster.
We had a barbecue at work on the first level, so we got a pretty awesome view. Everyone was teeming with pride for the marching folk — you could almost see the pride emit from the people like sun rays.
The best bit of the march for me was this:
Yeah. Ended up wasting the long weekend away just fluffing around.
I might be a little quiet this week: I’ve split my finger open on peeling car chrome, and I’m needing to get stuff ready for 18 May!
